The lizard is not dead

Last month the lizard laid eggs again. Its a once a year thing and pretty traumatic on her. She goes crazy trying to dig a hole in whatever she can get at, the cage, the carpet, the stairs, magazines on the floor, anything. Anything except for the bigass container full of dirt and sand that I mix up for her. She also decided while she was trying to dig a nest that she wasn't going to eat anything for a month. Her health got so bad that it took weeks for her to lay all the eggs, instead of the hours that it should normally take. I'm pretty sure that there are no more eggs left in there, although I've said that quite a few times before, and found another egg the next morning. She's eating again and looks normal. Much better than the moments from death look she had last week. Too bad she had to endure a broken wrist, lost toe, leaky ass, and anorexia.
