Finally found myself a truck here in BC. It's an '87 Toyota 4x4 pickup with 175k on it. I got it in Sorrento from an old guy named Cliff. Thanks Cliff, the truck is kick ass. It looks as old as it is, but runs like a top. He only used it for fishing, and kept it in the garage, and had it serviced by a mechanic regularly. If I didn't see the paperwork I would have called bullshit, but he only clocked thirty five thousand klicks on it in the last 10 years.

So after tearing off the cap and boat loader and piling them in the parking lot we took 'er out to get dirty off-roading. I needed to 'test' the four wheel drive, and it passed with flying colours. I felt like a total hillibilly yokel tearing around in the bush looking for mud holes and hills to climb, but fuck it was fun.

Now I'm fully insured legitemately in BC, no more worries. I hope I can get the tail gate up with the bike in the back. Find out tommorow.
